What is White Porcelain Plate?

Eating has always been a delight of mine. In the past few years I've adopted cooking first as a survival skill, then as an interest, and now as a full-blown obsession.

I'm by no means an expert, but over the years I've honed my self-taught skills and elevated my palate significantly.

My kitchen is humble (aka SMALL!) and my tools are limited (Oh, how I dream of owning a KitchenAid mixer!). Luckily, you don't need fancy tools and restaurant-grade facilities to turn out yummy food.
